We’re keeping things semi-formal. Dress to feel your best while celebrating with us. We also recommend bringing a layer for the cooler November evenings.
We suggest SpringHill Suites by Marriott San Diego Carlsbad for your stay. It’s about 20 minutes from the venue and offers a comfortable, convenient option for guests.

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
Please arrive between 2:30–3:00 PM to allow time to be seated before the ceremony begins.
WILL THE WEDDING BE OUTDOORS?
Yes! We’ll be celebrating outdoors, with a tented reception. November evenings can get a bit chilly, so don’t forget a jacket or wrap.
IS THERE PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE VENUE?
Yes, there will be plenty of parking available.
ARE CHILDREN WELCOME?
As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you can enjoy a fun night out and appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time.
DO I HAVE A PLUS ONE?
To keep our celebration intimate, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless they are specifically indicated on your invitation.
CAN I TAKE PHOTOS AND VIDEOS DURING THE CEREMONY?
We’re having a partially unplugged ceremony and kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos or videos so everyone can be fully present with us. Our photographer will capture it all. Afterward, we’d love for you to snap and share during the reception using our QR code!
ARE YOU REGISTERED?

WHEN IS THE RSVP DEADLINE?
We kindly ask that you RSVP by October 1, 2026. If possible, please respond as soon as your plans are confirmed. As the date approaches, we may follow up if we haven’t heard from you.
WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Yes, an open bar will be available, featuring a curated selection of signature drinks along with soft beverages.
CAN I POST ABOUT THE WEDDING ON SOCIAL MEDIA?
We kindly ask that you refrain from sharing details about the wedding for now. As we get closer and during the wedding week, we’d love to see your excitement and celebration shared online.
WILL THERE BE TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED?
Transportation will not be provided. We encourage guests to carpool when possible and recommend staying at the suggested hotel the night before the wedding for added convenience.
